We’re here to normalise performance for the ‘average’ person. But we don’t seek average. There is no ceiling in this game.
We believe anyone can push their limits and achieve more than they thought possible. From casual runners to seasoned athletes and endurance rats, we offer coaching to help you perform.
It’s not just about physical goals; it’s about showing up mentally and finding balance in a busy life. Whether you’re gearing up for your first 10K or whacking a 100K in the mountains, we’ve been there, done it.

BONDI TO MANLY ULTRAMARATHON - 80KM
My first experience with NRC was a recommendation from a friend. At the time I was experienced in running most distances but wasn’t active and needed the guidance.
I only had a short window of 8 weeks to be race ready for an 80km Ultra Marathon from Bondi to Manly, which was a very steep task. However, in 8 weeks the coaches built up my running schedule and guided me through what was required with both training and nutrition, I couldn’t have been more race ready and the result spoke for itself.
Since then I’ve trained for my 2nd marathon and again saw huge benefits of having the NRC boys in my corner; providing their personal program, guidance and support and would refer them to other friends for their races.

PORT STEPHENS & MELBOURNE MARATHON - 42.2KM
I started with NRC in the hope of improving my running and completing my first marathon.
Thanks to the NRC coaches I not only managed this whilst balancing some long term knee niggles, but achieved the goal of going under 4 hours. Even better they were there every step of the way training and on race day. I honestly cannot recommend them more. There is no way I could have done it without them. The best coaches you will ever find, you can tell how skilled and truly passionate they are!
Since then we have done several other races together, most recent Melbourne marathon with 10 other NRC athletes which was incredible experience as a team. They helped me beat my PB by 20 minutes!
They keep pushing me to my limits whilst also knowing when to just listen to your body. Can’t wait to race again in 2025! Thank you for everything.

ORANGE HALF MARATHON & MELBOURNE MARATHON - 21.1KM & 42.2KM
I hadn’t ran properly since my football days and decided that I wanted to go straight into a half marathon but then without direction, I injured myself in the second week. I then got onboard with NRC so I had structure, stayed injury free and then did back to back half marathons. I shaved 15 mins off my 2nd half attempt!
I loved it so much I did my first marathon at Melbourne in 3 hours 15 mins all within the same year. Can’t recommend NRC more for anyone wanting to chase big goals at any level.
